We couldn't think of any better engineering facility that [supplies] extraordinary service in the manufacturing of parts and great customer service through advice in engineering. We have been working with L&N Dawkins Engineering [for] over three years in the parts manufacturing and repairing business segment of Wisynco. They have the expertise and experience of a large scale city agency with the responsiveness, character and true partnership that any company would want.

Our partnership with Dawkins Engineering stems back at least five or six years...and we always keep coming back. They consistently give us quality work in a timely manner. I can call Mr Dawkins and he responds to me in a timely manner. If I have an emergency he will prioritise the project. In the marine world emergencies happen from time to time, and if we need a quick resolve they will quickly respond and assist. The staff is pleasant and it is a good experience working with them. I would most definitely recommend them to other customers.

Jameco/Ameco have been working with Dawkins Engineering Works from 2010 and we have developed a partnership over twelve years and counting. I have worked with Dawkins for at least three years. They have done welding and metal fabrication for us. In the construction industry once a machine is broken you want it to be fixed quickly, but replacing parts can be quite costly. Whenever I have a part that needs fixing I go to them to have it fabricated or reconstructed. Dawkins delivers excellent quality and the turnaround time is good. They are well-equipped, with modern facilities and they have the human resources to do the job.

I have interacted with Dawkins Engineering in the 5 years I've been at Coldfield, and my company's relationship with Dawkins spans farther back than that. They have shaped, forged and rebuilt parts for us that we would have had to get overseas, helping us to carry on our operations efficiently with less downtime. We've tried other shops in our vicinity for smaller jobs, but when we want a high-quality precision finish it definitely has to be Dawkins. I am quick to recommend them as the first choice for any entity that wants to have a good quality finish in the manufacturing or forgery of their metal products. They've always delivered high quality workmanship. I'm never disappointed in any job that they have done for us.

My relationship with Dawkins spans about six years and I don't go anywhere else. Whatever engineering work needs to be done on any of my vehicles they do it for me. The work is done in a timely fashion and it is more reliable than other places I've been to. I mostly interact personally with Mr. Dawkins, but from what I've seen his staff members are very professional and give me the impression that they enjoy their jobs and are working on behalf of the customer. They are very flexible when it comes to my needs as a regular customer. How quick am I to recommend them to others? As quick as you can think!
